hell of a day

this morning i received the results of my medical exam.. fuck whent they tried to look at my blood pressure... it even got worst... from 130/100 to 150/100 fuck its lethal!!! i dunno y i'm still alive... i need to cut off my fat intake and i dunno... maybe exercise.... fuck this kind of days really sucks... it make u think about your health.... still it didn't stop me from drinking a couple of beers....but thank GOD im still here...and i hope more days to come for me...
well... that's life u dont know what to expect... anyway... i watched th gig of a friend of mine this night... twas APOLOGIA and the other band was taffy trip ithink... well its kinda good.. but i missed the gig last thursday... it was kapatid,purplechickens,boy elroy and hale... all good bands.... fuck i gotta sleep
